Description

Trader Joe's corn ribs cook straight from frozen in the air fryer at 400°F in 10–12 minutes, with crispy charred edges and sweet, tender kernels. No thawing or oil needed, and they're faster and crispier than the oven.

Ingredients

  • 1 bag Trader Joe's Seasoned Corn Ribs, frozen
  • Optional: lime wedges, flaky salt, chopped cilantro, crumbled cotija

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for 3 minutes.
  • Arrange the frozen corn ribs in a single layer, cut side down. Do not thaw.
  • Air fry 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway, until charred at the edges and curled.
  • Rest 1 minute. Finish with lime and flaky salt if you like, and serve.

Notes

Cook in batches so pieces don't overlap. Air fryers vary; start checking at 9 minutes. Reheat leftovers at 375°F for 3–4 minutes.
