1poundPork tenderloin, about 450 g, trimmed of excess fat
2tablespoonsOlive oil
1teaspoonSalt
1/2teaspoonBlack pepper, freshly ground
1teaspoonGarlic powder
1teaspoonPaprika
1teaspoonOptional fresh herbs, rosemary or thyme for garnish
Instructions
Trim any excess fat and silver skin from the 1 pound Pork tenderloin Pat it dry with paper towels so the seasoning sticks better.
Brush the tenderloin with 2 tablespoons Olive oil, then season evenly with 1 teaspoon Salt, 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper, 1 teaspoon Garlic powder, and 1 teaspoon Paprika. You can also add fresh herbs if desired.
Preheat your Traeger grill to 225°F (107°C) for low-and-slow smoking.
Place the seasoned tenderloin directly on the grill grates. Smoke for 45–60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
Remove the tenderloin from the grill and let it rest for 5-10 minutes. This allows the juices to redistribute and keeps the meat tender.
Slice the pork tenderloin into medallions and serve immediately. Garnish with f1 teaspoon Optional fresh herbss.
