Instructions
Grease your air fryer pan to prevent sticking. Wash, peel, and pat the 3 large Russet potatoes dry, then slice them into 1/4 to 1/3-inch thick pieces and place in a large mixing bowl.
Add the 1/2 cup milk, 1/2 cup heavy cream1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, 1 teaspoon minced garlic, 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg, 1 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon black pepper, then toss everything together until the potatoes are evenly coated in the creamy mixture.
Transfer the coated potatoes into the prepared pan, spreading them evenly with a spoon. Place the pan in your air fryer basket or air fryer oven and set cook time at 330 degrees F and set cook time for 18-20 minutes, until the potatoes begin to soften.1/2 cup Gruyere cheese
