Description

Air fry frozen TGI Friday’s wings for perfectly crispy, juicy results. Quick, easy, and full of flavor in under 25 minutes.

Ingredients 

  • 18 Frozen TGI Friday’s Wings,
  • 1 teaspoon Cooking Oil, optional
  • 3 tablespoons Buffalo Sauce, or Wing Sauce, optional
  • Optional Garnishes: Chopped parsley, celery sticks, or blue cheese dressing

Instructions

  • Set your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and let it preheat for 3–5 minutes.
  • Place the 18 Frozen TGI Friday’s Wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding for even cooking.
  • Lightly spray the wings with 1 teaspoon Cooking Oil to help them crisp up during cooking.
  • Air fry at 400°F for 18–22 minutes, flipping the wings halfway through. Check that they reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
  • Remove wings from the air fryer and toss with 3 tablespoons Buffalo Sauce, BBQ, or wing sauce for extra flavor.
  • Serve immediately with Optional Garnishes: Chopped parsley, celery sticks, or blue cheese dressing.
