8ounceswhite button mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
2tablespoonssalted butter, melted
1/2cupyellow onion, finely chopped
2clovesgarlic, minced
1teaspoonbrown sugar
1tablespoonWorcestershire sauce
1tablespoonfresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
Clean and slice the 8 ounces white button mushrooms into thick slices. Set aside.
In a bowl, combine melted 2 tablespoons salted butter, chopped 1/2 cup yellow onion, minced 2 cloves garlic, 1 teaspoon brown sugar and 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce. Stir until well mixed.
Add the sliced mushrooms to the bowl with the butter mixture and toss to coat evenly.
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease the air fryer basket with cooking spray or olive oil.
Place the coated mushrooms in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
Once golden and tender, remove the mushrooms from the air fryer. Sprinkle freshly chopped 1 tablespoon fresh parsley over the mushrooms before serving.
