Description

Recreate the bold, smoky flavors of Texas Roadhouse ribs at home with this easy Copycat Texas Roadhouse Rib Seasoning Recipe. Perfect for grilling, baking, or smoking!

Ingredients 

  • 2 tablespoons Paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Onion Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Chili Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
  • 2 teaspoons freshly ground Black Pepper

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, mix together 2 tablespoons Paprika, 1 tablespoon Garlic Powder, 1 tablespoon Onion Powder, 1 tablespoon Chili Powder, 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar, 2 tablespoons Salt, 1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper and 2 teaspoons freshly ground Black Pepper. Stir until all the ingredients are well combined.
  • Transfer the seasoning blend to an airtight container. Store it in a cool, dry place for up to 3 months.
  • Rub the seasoning generously onto your ribs before cooking. You can either use it immediately or allow the ribs to marinate for a few hours to let the flavors absorb.
  • Grill, bake, or smoke your ribs as you normally would, and enjoy the delicious, flavorful taste of Texas Roadhouse-style ribs!
