Ingredients
16ouncesFrench fries, (steak fries or crinkle-cut recommended)
1 ½cupsshredded sharp cheddar cheese
6slicescooked bacon, crumbled
2green onions, thinly sliced
Ranch dressing, for serving (optional)
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 400°F for 3-5 minutes.
Place frozen fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer (work in batches if needed). Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking basket halfway through, until fries are golden and crispy.
While fries cook, crumble bacon and slice green onions.
Spread cooked fries evenly in an oven-safe dish or on a baking sheet. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the hot fries.
Place under the broiler for 1-2 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly. (Alternatively, you can use the air fryer at 400°F for 2-3 minutes if it has a broil function.)
