Description

Make crispy, spicy Texas Roadhouse Boneless Buffalo Wings at home—tender chicken bites coated in bold buffalo sauce, perfect for game day or parties.

Ingredients 

  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size chunks
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons milk or buttermilk
  • ½ cup buffalo sauce, like Frank’s RedHot
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • Optional: ranch or blue cheese dressing, celery sticks

Instructions

  • Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and pat them dry with paper towels.
  • In one bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
  • In another bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Dip each chicken piece into the egg mixture, then coat in the flour mixture. Press to help the coating stick.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F for 3-5 minutes.
  • Lightly spray the air fryer basket with oil.
  • Place the breaded chicken in a single layer. Spray the tops with oil spray to help them crisp.
  • Air fry at 400°F for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and internal temp reaches 165°F.
  • While chicken cooks, mix buffalo sauce and melted butter in a large bowl.
  • Once chicken is done, toss immediately in the buffalo sauce.
  • Serve with celery sticks and your favorite dipping sauce.
