Description

This Slow Cooker Olive Garden Chicken Pasta is a creamy, delicious dish with tender chicken, Italian dressing, and Parmesan. A perfect, easy meal for busy nights or weeknight dinners!

Ingredients 

  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts,
  • 1 cup Olive Garden Italian dressing, or any Italian dressing
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 16 ounces penne pasta, cooked according to package directions

Instructions

  • Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker. Pour the Italian dressing over the chicken, making sure it's well-coated.
  • Sprinkle in the grated Parmesan cheese and black pepper, mixing to combine.
  • Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours, or until the chicken is cooked through and tender. Shred the chicken using two forks.
  • Add the cream cheese to the slow cooker and stir until it melts into the sauce, creating a creamy texture.
  • While the chicken is cooking, prepare the penne pasta according to the package directions. Drain well.
  • Add the cooked pasta to the slow cooker, stirring gently to coat the pasta with the creamy chicken mixture.
  • Sprinkle additional Parmesan cheese on top and serve hot. Enjoy your creamy, comforting meal!
