Rub 6 large Russet potatoes with 1 teaspoon olive oil and sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon salt
Air fry at 400°F for 35–40 minutes, until fork tender.
Toss 1 pound Shrimp with 6 tablespoons Butter , 3 cloves Garlic, 1 teaspoon Salt, 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon Paprika.
Air fry at 370°F for 6–8 minutes, shaking halfway.
Cut the baked potatoes in half lengthwise.
Scoop out the fluffy insides and mix with 2 teaspoons butter, 1 cup Sour cream <wprm-ingredient uid="4" removed="0">and 1 1/2 cups Cheese .
Spoon the creamy mixture back into the potato shells.
Top with cooked shrimp and extra cheese.
Return stuffed potatoes to the air fryer.
Cook at 370°F for 5 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve with a sprinkle of 2 tablespoons Parsley.
