Instructions
Instructions for Freezing:
Slice beef into stir fry strips and chop broccoli into florets. Mince the garlic.
In a bowl, combine soy sauce, garlic, honey, brown sugar, sesame oil, rice vinegar, ginger, salt, pepper, and cayenne (if using).
Add the beef and broccoli to a large freezer bag or container. Pour the sauce over the beef and broccoli, seal the bag, and mix to coat.
Label and date the bag or container, then freeze for up to 3 months.
Cooking Instructions (After Thawing):
Remove the frozen meal from the freezer and thaw in the refrigerator overnight.
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a small bowl, mix 1 tablespoon of cornstarch with 1 tablespoon of water.
Spread the beef and broccoli mixture evenly on a sheet pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the beef is cooked through and the broccoli is tender.
While baking, transfer the sauce mixture to a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir in the cornstarch slurry and cook until the sauce thickens (2-3 minutes).
Drizzle the thickened sauce over the cooked beef and broccoli.
