Scrumptious Air Fryer French Vanilla Cake Mix Cookies

Description

Soft, fluffy cookies made with cake mix for an easy, quick dessert ready in minutes.

Ingredients 

  • 1 package French Vanilla Cake Mix
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil, or canola oil
  • 2 large eggs

Instructions

  • Mix the 1 package French Vanilla Cake Mix 1/4 cup vegetable oil and2 large eggs in a large mixing bowl.
  • Mix well.
  • Spray your air fryer basket with cooking spray, or line with parchment paper.
  • Use an ice cream scoop and scoop them onto the air fryer basket.
  • Flatten your cookies with your hand or with a fork.
  • Set in the middle position of the air fryer oven, and set the air fryer temperature to 350 degrees F and set cook time for 4-6 minutes. (air fryer setting)
