Description

Learn how to make perfectly fluffy scrambled eggs on the Blackstone griddle. A quick and delicious breakfast favorite for any day!

Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons heavy cream

Instructions

  • Set your Blackstone griddle to medium heat and allow it to preheat for about 5 minutes.
  • Crack eggs into a bowl, add salt, black pepper, and heavy cream. Whisk everything together until well combined and slightly frothy.
  • Coat the griddle with a small amount of butter or oil to prevent the eggs from sticking. Pour the egg mixture onto the griddle. Using a spatula, gently stir and scrape the eggs as they cook. Continue stirring until the eggs are fully cooked and scrambled, but still moist and fluffy.
  • Once the eggs reach your desired consistency, remove them from the griddle and serve immediately.

Equipment

  • Blackstone Griddle, Or Blackstone Flat Top Grill
