Soft and buttery Red Robin Copycat Pretzel Bites made at home, golden brown and sprinkled with salt. Perfect for dipping, snacking, and party appetizers.
Ingredients
Dough
2 ¼tspactive dry yeast
1 ¼cupswarm water
1tbspsugar
3 ½cupsall-purpose flour
1tspsalt
Baking Soda Bath
3cupswarm water
3tbspbaking soda
Topping
3tbspmelted butter
Coarse salt, for sprinkling
Optional Dips
Warm cheese sauce
Honey mustard
Ranch dressing
Instructions
Mix 1 ¼ cups warm water, 1 tbsp sugar, and 2 ¼ tsp active dry yeast in a bowl. Let sit 5–10 minutes until foamy.
Add 3 ½ cups all-purpose flour and 1 tsp salt. Mix and knead until smooth and elastic.
Cover and let dough rise 60 minutes until doubled in size.
Punch down dough and cut into small bite-sized pieces.
Mix 3 tbsp baking soda and 3 cups warm water. Dip each dough piece briefly.
Preheat air fryer to 325–350°F. Cook pretzel bites for 6–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown.
Brush with 3 tbsp melted butter and sprinkle with Coarse salt. Serve warm.
Serve with Warm cheese sauce, Honey mustard, or Ranch dressing.
