Crispy air fryer steak fries tossed in warm garlic butter and freshly grated Parmesan — an easy 20-minute copycat of Red Robin's famous garlic Parmesan fries.
Ingredients
28ouncessteak fries, 1 bag frozen steak fries
4tablespoonssalted butter
3clovesgarlic, minced (about 1 tablespoon)
1/3cupfreshly grated Parmesan cheese
1tablespoonfresh parsley, chopped
1/2teaspoonsalt, or to taste
Instructions
Add the frozen steak fries to the air fryer basket in as close to a single layer as possible. Air fry at 400°F for 12–15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden and crispy.
While the fries cook, melt the butter in a large microwave-safe bowl. Stir in the minced garlic and let it soften in the warm butter.
Add the hot, crispy fries to the bowl and toss to coat in the garlic butter.
Sprinkle with Parmesan and parsley, toss again so the cheese melts slightly, season with salt to taste, and serve immediately.
