Air Fryer Pumpkin Cheesecake Egg Rolls --What do you get when putting pumpkin cheesecake in a wrapper and air fry it? The answer is Air Fryer Pumpkin Cheesecake Egg Rolls!


  • 15-20 egg roll wrappers
  • 12 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 cup pumpkin, canned or pureed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For The Coating:

  • 1/4 cup butter, melted and unsalted
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon


  • In a large mixing bowl, blend the cream cheese, pumpkin, sugar, eggs, and spices by hand or with an electric mixer until well combined and smooth.
  • Start creating the rolls by laying out the egg roll wrappers and adding 2 tablespoons of the pumpkin mixture to the center of each wrapper. Spread the mixture evenly up to about ¼ of the edges. 
  • Brush the edges of the wrapper with the melted butter and roll. Seal the seams of the rolls and brush the outside of the roll with melted butter. Sprinkle or roll in the cinnamon sugar.
  • Working in several batches, place wrapped rolls into the bottom of your air fryer. 
  • Cook on the air fry setting at 400 degrees F, air fryer setting, for 5-7 minutes, or until the rolls are cooked through and lightly golden brown. Turn the rolls halfway through cooking.
  • Best served warm,
