Ingredients

Pasta:

  • 16 ounces fettuccine or another long pasta

Shrimp:

  • 1 pound shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil

Homemade Alfredo Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup butter unsalted
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups Parmesan Cheese grated

Instructions

  1. While you are preparing the shrimp, cook the pasta as directed on the package. In a large mixing bowl, add your shrimp, olive oil, Italian Seasoning, salt, and black pepper, and toss well to coat.

  2. Place the shrimp into the air fryer basket, set the temperature to 390 degrees F, using the air fryer setting, and cook for 5 to 8 minutes, flipping halfway.

  3. To make the alfredo sauce: add the butter and cream to the saucepan, and mix until the butter has melted. Add the minced garlic, garlic powder, Italian Seasoning, salt, and black pepper, and continue to shimmer, until the sauce starts to thicken. Then stir in the parmesan cheese, and mix well.

  4. Toss the pasta with the alfredo sauce, and then add your shrimp. Toss well, and then serve!
