Ingredients
4cupsmacaroni and cheese, cold
1/3cupbreadcrumbs, sesaoned
1/2cupshredded cheddar cheese, + additional for topping
1largeegg
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine 4 cups macaroni and cheese, 1/3 cup breadcrumbs, 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese and 1 large egg, mix well.
Spoon the mac n cheese mixture into a prepared muffin tin. **Make sure to spray the muffin tins generously with non-stick spray, so the muffins are easy to remove.
Set the pan into the air fryer, set the air fryer temperature to 320 degrees F, air fryer setting, and set cook time for 5-8 minutes, or until the macaroni and cheese is bubbling.
Then top each muffin with additional shredded cheese. Air fry for another 2 to 3 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the cheese melted.
