Air Fryer Honey Mustard Salmon --This is one of my favorite dishes for a simple and delicious meal for my family, and it takes only minutes!

Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 1/8 cup honey
  • 1/8 cup Dijon mustard

Instructions

  1. You can either spray your basket with cooking spray, use a piece of parchment paper, or use a reusable silicone liner. The reason is that you do not want your salmon to stick to the air fryer basket.

  2. Place your salmon into the sprayed basket. If the skin is still on the salmon, place it skin-side down.

  3. Then in a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, honey, Dijon Mustard, salt, and black pepper. Reserve half o the mixture for a dipping sauce. Base the sauce over the salmon fillets.

  4. Set the temperature to 380 degrees F, and cook for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the salmon easily flakes.

  5. Plate, serve, and enjoy!
