What is better for dessert than a rich deep chocolate brownie for you and your loved one? Today, I made a batch of Air Fryer Deep Dish Brownies for two and surprised my hubby! While it might be great for a holiday this dessert is surely a winner every day!

Ingredients 

  • 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 6 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 large egg yolks
  • 4 tablespoons butter, unsalted & melted
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Optional: Ice cream or whipped cream for serving

    Instructions

    • In a small mixing bowl, mix the flour, sugar, and unsweetened cocoa powder.
    • In another bowl, mix the egg yolk, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
    • Pour the liquid mixture into the dry mixture, and mix well.
    • Pour the batter into a pair of greased ramekins. Set them into the air fryer for 9 to 12 minutes at 320 degrees F, air fryer setting.
    • Plate, serve, and enjoy!

    Notes

    Check to make sure that the batter is completely baked before removing it.
