What is better for dessert than a rich deep chocolate brownie for you and your loved one? Today, I made a batch of Air Fryer Deep Dish Brownies for two and surprised my hubby! While it might be great for a holiday this dessert is surely a winner every day!
In a small mixing bowl, mix the flour, sugar, and unsweetened cocoa powder.
In another bowl, mix the egg yolk, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
Pour the liquid mixture into the dry mixture, and mix well.
Pour the batter into a pair of greased ramekins. Set them into the air fryer for 9 to 12 minutes at 320 degrees F, air fryer setting.
Plate, serve, and enjoy!
Check to make sure that the batter is completely baked before removing it.
