Description

The air fryer is amazing! You can make everything from crispy french fries to crispy roasted chickpeas. I love the texture of roasted chickpeas, but if you don't have time to roast them in your oven at home, then the air fryer is a good alternative. They're super easy to make and are an excellent source of protein that will keep you full all day long. Let's bring out this tasty snack for our next party or just for yourself!

Ingredients 

  • 19 ounces chickpeas, cooked and drained
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2-3 tablespoons Trader Joe’s Everything But Bagel seasoning

Instructions

  • Start by draining and rinsing the chickpeas.
  • If you want them crispy, you can lay them out on a kitchen towel until they are dried.
  • Toss the chickpeas with olive oil, sea salt, and Everything But the Bagel Seasoning Mix.
  • Pour the chickpeas into the air fryer basket, set the time for 15 minutes at 390 degrees F, air fryer setting.
  • Shake the basket several times during the cooking process.
  • Pour the chickpeas into a bowl, and toss with an additional 1-2 teaspoons of seasoning. (It depends on how seasoned you want them, adjust to your taste buds.
  • Plate, serve, and enjoy!
