Description

Air Fryer Loaded Potato Chips -- One of the best parts about having an air fryer is how well it makes crispy snacks. One of those snacks is potato chips, which are great for snacking on during a movie night with friends or enjoying as a side dish at dinner. This recipe uses your favorite flavorings to create a tasty snack that everyone will love!

Ingredients 

  • 8 ounces homemade or store-bought chips
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1 small Roma tomato, diced
  • 2 stalks scallions, diced
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
  • 2 tablespoons ranch dressing

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 350 degrees F, air fryer setting.
  • Rinse, wash and dice your tomatoes and slice your scallions.
  • Prepare a baking pan with parchment paper or aluminum foil. If you do not have a pan that will fit your air fryer, line the bottom of the basket with aluminum foil.
  • Spread the chips over the baking sheet (foil)
  • Spread the blue cheese crumbles over the chips.
  • Add in the air fryer for 5-6 minutes, or until the cheese is slightly melted. Then remove from the air fryer.
  • Garnish with the diced tomato and sliced scallions.
  • Then drizzle the balsamic glaze and ranch over your chips and enjoy!
