Description

Make the bold and spicy Dairy Queen Flamethrower Burger at home! Juicy beef patties, melty cheddar, and zesty jalapeño sauce come together for an easy, flavor-packed air fryer burger.

Ingredients 

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 4 burger buns,
  • 4 tsp jalapeño sauce,
  • 4 lettuce leaves,
  • 4 tomato slices
  • 8 pickle slices

Instructions

  • Shape 1 lb ground beef into 4 equal patties. Season both sides lightly with 1 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp black pepper.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3–5 minutes.
  • Place patties in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  • Top each patty with a 4 slices cheddar cheese during the last minute of cooking to melt.
  • Toast the 4 burger buns in the air fryer for 1–2 minutes for extra flavor and crunch.
  • Spread 4 tsp jalapeño sauce on each bun. Layer with 4 lettuce leaves, 4 tomato slices, 8 pickle slices, and the cooked patties with melted cheese.
  • Serve immediately while hot for the best flavor and melty cheese experience.
