These Pumpkin Deviled Eggs are a fun and festive twist on a classic appetizer! Perfect for Halloween or Thanksgiving, they’re creamy, flavorful, and adorable on any holiday table.

3tablespoonsmayonnaise
1teaspoonDijon mustard
½teaspoonapple cider vinegar
½teaspoonpaprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
Paprika or chives for garnish
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 270°F (130°C). Place 6 large eggs in a single layer in the basket and cook for 15–17 minutes for hard-boiled eggs.
Transfer the eggs immediately to an ice bath for 5 minutes to stop cooking.
Carefully peel the cooled eggs and slice them in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks and place them in a medium bowl.
Mash the yolks with 3 tablespoons mayonnaise, 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard, ½ teaspoon apple cider vinegar, ½ teaspoon paprika, Salt and pepper until smooth and creamy.
Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
Use a small knife or toothpick to carve shallow vertical lines in the filling to resemble pumpkin ridges. Sprinkle lightly with paprika or top with a small piece of chive for the stem.
Chill for 10–15 minutes before serving for best flavor.
