Description

Juicy and flavorful pork steaks cooked quickly in the air fryer. Ready in under 20 minutes for an easy, weeknight dinner.

Ingredients 

  • 4 boneless pork steaks, about 1 inch thick
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: your favorite marinade or sauce

Instructions

  • Pat the 4 boneless pork steaks dry with paper towels to help seasoning stick and ensure even browning.
  • Brush or rub steaks with 2 tablespoons olive oil. Season evenly with 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon paprika ½ teaspoon salt, and ½ teaspoon black pepper. Adjust seasoning to taste.
  • Preheat the air fryer temperature to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.
  • Place pork steaks in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Set cook time for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  • Remove the steaks and let them rest for 5 minutes to lock in the juices.
  • Serve hot with your favorite sides, or slice for sandwiches, salads, or wraps.
