Ingredients
4boneless pork steaks, about 1 inch thick
2tablespoonsolive oil
1teaspoongarlic powder
1teaspoonpaprika
½teaspoonsalt
½teaspoonblack pepper

Instructions
Pat the 4 boneless pork steaks dry with paper towels to help seasoning stick and ensure even browning.
Brush or rub steaks with 2 tablespoons olive oil. Season evenly with 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon paprika½ teaspoon salt, and ½ teaspoon black pepper. Adjust seasoning to taste.
Preheat the air fryer temperature to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.
Place pork steaks in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Set cook time for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
Remove the steaks and let them rest for 5 minutes to lock in the juices.
