Description

Oreo Cookies and Cream Shooters -- These shooters are a fun treat for the Oreo-lover (so that’s everyone, right?!!) They’ve got a crushed cookie rim and are topped with an Oreo whipped cream for that extra-oreo-tastic touch, and your guests will certainly want more than one!

Ingredients 

Oreo Cookies and Cream Shooters:

  • 1/4 cup chocolate syrup
  • 2-3 Oreos, crushed
  • 2 ounces chocolate liqueur
  • 1 ounces Irish cream
  • 1 ounces half and half

For the Oreo Whipped Cream:

  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon pudding mix, Oreo Cookies n' Creme Instant Pudding mix

Instructions

  • Prepare two small dishes (preferably lipped): one with chocolate syrup and the other with crushed Oreos.
  • Dip the shot glass rim into the chocolate syrup and then coat the rim with the Oreo crumbs.
  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and pour the chocolate liqueur, Irish cream, and half and half over the ice. Shake and pour into the shot glass.
  • Top with whipped cream
  • Plate, serve, and enjoy!

For the Oreo Whipped Cream:

  • Add the heavy whipping cream and Oreo pudding mix to a medium mixing bowl or bowl of a standing mixer. Use an electric whisk to whip until a thick whipped cream forms.

Notes

● We used a handheld whisk to whip the Oreo whipped cream, and it took about 30-60 seconds to whip up. The pudding mix causes the mix to thicken quickly, and timing may vary depending on the maker’s tools.
● The recipe is written for a serving of 2, multiple up or down according to the number of your party.
