Description

This Ninja Slushi Watermelon Daiquiri is the ultimate frozen summer cocktail! Made with fresh blended watermelon juice, white rum, and zesty lime, it's a refreshing, fruity slushie that comes together in minutes in your Ninja Slushi machine. Perfect for pool parties, backyard barbecues, or sipping on a hot summer day.

Ingredients 

  • 5 cups seedless watermelon, cubed (to yield about 3 cups juice)
  • 1/4 cup white rum, adjust to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar, adjust to taste, or honey

Instructions

  • Cut a seedless watermelon into chunks, removing the rind. Add about 4 to 5 cups of watermelon chunks to a blender and blend on high for 30 to 60 seconds, until completely smooth and liquefied.
  • Pour the blended watermelon through a fine mesh strainer into a large pitcher to remove the pulp. Press the pulp with the back of a spoon to extract every last drop of juice. You should end up with about 3 cups of fresh watermelon juice.
  • Add the white rum, fresh lime juice, and granulated sugar to the pitcher with the watermelon juice. Whisk everything together until the sugar is fully dissolved and the mixture is smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into the Ninja Slushi vessel, making sure to stay within the fill lines.
  • Select the SPIKED SLUSH setting. The Ninja Slushi will begin at the optimal temperature to achieve the perfect slushy texture. Adjust if needed.
  • When the frozen drink reaches the ideal slushy consistency, the unit will beep three times. Pour into glasses, garnish with a watermelon wedge or lime slice, and serve immediately!
