A juicy, tender pork tenderloin made quickly in the Ninja Foodi. A simple paprika-garlic rub and a foolproof 145°F finish give you perfectly cooked, flavorful pork in about 25 minutes.
Ingredients
2poundspork tenderloin
1tablespoonolive oil
2teaspoonssmoked paprika
1teaspoongarlic powder
1teaspoonsalt
1teaspoonblack pepper
Instructions
Preheat the Ninja Foodi to 400°F (Air Crisp/Air Fry) for 3–5 minutes.
Pat the pork tenderloin dry with paper towels. Rub all over with olive oil, then coat with the smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Place the tenderloin in the basket (cut in half if needed to fit). Air fry at 400°F for 14–16 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Check that the thickest part has reached an internal temperature of 145°F. Add a few minutes if needed.
Let rest 5 minutes, then slice against the grain and serve.

Thaw frozen tenderloin before cooking for the best texture.
Store leftovers refrigerated 3–4 days; reheat in the air fryer at 350–370°F for 3–5 minutes.
No air fryer? Bake at 350°F for 35–40 minutes, or until 145°F.
