Description

A juicy, tender pork tenderloin made quickly in the Ninja Foodi. A simple paprika-garlic rub and a foolproof 145°F finish give you perfectly cooked, flavorful pork in about 25 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds pork tenderloin
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the Ninja Foodi to 400°F (Air Crisp/Air Fry) for 3–5 minutes.
  • Pat the pork tenderloin dry with paper towels. Rub all over with olive oil, then coat with the smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Place the tenderloin in the basket (cut in half if needed to fit). Air fry at 400°F for 14–16 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Check that the thickest part has reached an internal temperature of 145°F. Add a few minutes if needed.
  • Let rest 5 minutes, then slice against the grain and serve.

Equipment

  • Ninja Foodi Pressure Cooker
  • Cooking Spray
  • Parchment Paper, optional

Notes

  • Cook to 145°F, not just to the clock — thickness varies.
  • Thaw frozen tenderloin before cooking for the best texture.
  • Store leftovers refrigerated 3–4 days; reheat in the air fryer at 350–370°F for 3–5 minutes.
  • No air fryer? Bake at 350°F for 35–40 minutes, or until 145°F.
