3tablespoonsOlive Oil
1 1/2teaspoonsGarlic Powder,
1 1/2teaspoonsOnion Powder
1 1/2teaspoonsPaprika
1teaspoonSalt, to taste
1/2teaspoonBlack Pepper, to taste
1teaspoonOptional Herbs, 1 teaspoon fresh or ½ teaspoon dried thyme, rosemary, or parsley for extra flavor.
Instructions
Pat the 6 Bone-In Chicken Thighs dry with paper towels.
Rub 3 tablespoons Olive Oil over each thigh, then season generously with 1 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Powder, 1 1/2 teaspoons Onion Powder, 1 1/2 teaspoons Paprika, 1 teaspoon Salt, 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper, and 1 teaspoon Optional Herbs.
Set the grill to Medium-High or the recommended poultry setting and let it preheat.
Place the seasoned chicken thighs on the grill grate, skin side up. Cook for 12–15 minutes, then flip and cook an additional 10–12 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Use a meat thermometer to ensure the chicken is fully cooked and juicy inside.
