Description

Make perfectly juicy, golden-brown bone-in chicken thighs with the Ninja Foodi Grill. Crispy skin, tender meat, and packed with flavor—ideal for weeknight dinners or meal prep.

Ingredients 

  • 6 Bone-In Chicken Thighs ,
  • 3 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Powder,
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Onion Powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt, to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Optional Herbs, 1 teaspoon fresh or ½ teaspoon dried thyme, rosemary, or parsley for extra flavor.

Instructions

  • Pat the 6 Bone-In Chicken Thighs dry with paper towels.
  • Rub 3 tablespoons Olive Oil over each thigh, then season generously with 1 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Powder, 1 1/2 teaspoons Onion Powder, 1 1/2 teaspoons Paprika, 1 teaspoon Salt, 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper, and 1 teaspoon Optional Herbs.
  • Set the grill to Medium-High or the recommended poultry setting and let it preheat.
  • Place the seasoned chicken thighs on the grill grate, skin side up. Cook for 12–15 minutes, then flip and cook an additional 10–12 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Use a meat thermometer to ensure the chicken is fully cooked and juicy inside.
  • Let the thighs rest for 5 minutes before serving to retain juices.
