Instructions
Place the cold eggs in the Ninja Crispi. Set air fryer temperature to 300 degrees , using Air Fry Mode. Set cook time for 15–17 minutes depending on how firm you want the yolk:
13–14 minutes — classic hard boiled, fully set but tender12 minutes — slightly creamy center, perfect for ramen-style eggs15 minutes — firm yolk, ideal for egg salad or deviled eggs
Transfer the eggs straight from the Crispi into a bowl of ice water. Let them cool for at least 5 minutes. Don't rush this step.
Tap the eggs on the counter, roll gently to crack the shell all over, and peel under cool running water if needed.
