Thick, creamy vanilla protein ice cream made in the Ninja Creami with 22 grams of protein per serving. Four ingredients, no blender, no ice crystals.
Ingredients
1½cupsFairlife fat-free ultra-filtered milk
31grams vanilla protein powder, preferably a whey-casein blend
1tablespoonsugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix
1teaspoonpure vanilla extract
1teaspoons sweetener, optional, to taste
Instructions
Add the milk, protein powder, pudding mix, vanilla extract, and sweetener (if using) directly to an empty Ninja Creami pint container. Blend with a milk frother for about 20 seconds until completely smooth with no clumps.
Check that the mixture sits at or below the max fill line. Pour off any excess.
Seal with the pint lid and freeze on a flat, level surface for a full 24 hours.
Remove the lid, place the pint in the outer bowl, lock it into the Ninja Creami, and select LITE ICE CREAM (or ICE CREAM). Run the full cycle.
Check the texture. If it looks crumbly or powdery, add 1–2 tablespoons of milk and run the RE-SPIN cycle. Repeat once more if needed.
Serve immediately for soft-serve texture, or freeze 15–20 minutes for a firmer scoop.

Notes
The crumbly look after the first spin is normal for high-protein bases. Re-spinning with added milk is what makes it creamy — don't skip it.
Whey isolate alone produces the chalkiest results. A whey-casein blend or straight casein gives the best texture.
Store in the pint in the freezer up to 2 weeks, and re-spin with a tablespoon of milk before serving again.
If you're limiting sodium, swap the pudding mix for ½ teaspoon of xanthan gum — same thickening effect, no added sodium.
