In a mixing bowl, soften the cream cheese until smooth. Add the granulated sugar and mint extract, stirring until well combined.
Slowly pour in the whole milk and whipping cream, mixing until you achieve a smooth consistency. Add 2-3 drops of green food coloring and stir until the color is evenly distributed.
Pour the mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container, making sure not to exceed the "MAX FILL" line. Secure the lid and place the container in the freezer for at least 24 hours, or until completely frozen.
Once frozen, remove the lid and place the container in the Ninja Creami machine. Select the “Ice Cream” function and process until smooth.
After processing, make a small hole in the center of the ice cream and add the crushed mint Oreos and mini chocolate chips. Place the pint back into the machine and select the “Mix-In” function to distribute the Oreos throughout the ice cream.
Enjoy your Mint Oreo ice cream immediately, or store any leftovers in the pint container.
