Description

Ninja Creami Cookie Butter Ice Cream -- Treat yourself to a delicious dessert with Ninja Creami Cookie Butter Ice Cream! Any ice cream lover knows that one scoop is never enough, so why not enjoy something extra special for your next frozen delight?

Ingredients 

  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 2 tablespoons instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1/2 cup cookie butter
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

Instructions

  • Whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and whole milk in a large bowl until the pudding granulates are dissolved.
  • In a small microwave bowl or cup, add the cookie butter, and place into the microwave for 15-30 seconds, whisking, until smooth. Fold the melted cookie butter into the milk mixture, and mix well. Slowly mix in the heavy cream.
  • Pour the mixture into a Ninja Creami Pint Container, and add the lid. Place the container into the freezer, and freeze for 24 hours.
  • Remove the lid from the pint container. Place the pint container into the outer bowl, as the instruction manual details. Use the ice cream button on the machine, and allow it to process.
  • Remove the mixed ice cream from the machine using a spoon, make a hole in the center, and fill with crushed Biscoffe Cookies. Reinsert the bowl into the machine, and place Mix-In Button.
  • Serve with your favorite toppings.
