Description

Make creamy, rich Bluebell Dutch Chocolate ice cream at home with your Ninja Creami. A simple and delicious chocolate treat that’s smooth, indulgent, and perfect for dessert lovers.

Ingredients 

  • 3 cups Heavy Cream
  • 1 1/2 cups Whole Milk,
  • 1 1/8 cups Granulated Sugar
  • 3/4 cup Dutch-Processed Cocoa Powder,
  • teaspoons Vanilla Extract,
  • 3/4 cup Chocolate Chips, or Chunks, optional

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, whisk together 3 cups Heavy Cream, 1 1/2 cups Whole Milk 1 1/8 cups Granulated Sugar, 3/4 cup Dutch-Processed Cocoa Powder and 1½ teaspoons Vanilla Extractuntil the sugar dissolves and the cocoa is fully incorporated.
  • Pour the mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container, leaving about 1/2 inch of headspace. Cover and freeze upright for at least 24 hours.
  • Place the frozen pint in the Ninja Creami machine and select the “Ice Cream” setting. Check the texture and repeat if needed for extra creaminess.
  • If desired, create a small hole in the ice cream and add 3/4 cup Chocolate Chips or chunks. Run the “Mix-In” setting to combine evenly.
  • Scoop into bowls or cones and enjoy immediately. Optionally, top with chocolate drizzle, sprinkles, or whipped cream for extra indulgence.
