3cupsHeavy Cream
1 1/2cupsWhole Milk,
1 1/8cupsGranulated Sugar
3/4cupDutch-Processed Cocoa Powder,
1½teaspoonsVanilla Extract,
3/4cupChocolate Chips, or Chunks, optional
Instructions
In a large bowl, whisk together 3 cups Heavy Cream, 1 1/2 cups Whole Milk1 1/8 cups Granulated Sugar, 3/4 cup Dutch-Processed Cocoa Powder and 1½ teaspoons Vanilla Extractuntil the sugar dissolves and the cocoa is fully incorporated.
Pour the mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container, leaving about 1/2 inch of headspace. Cover and freeze upright for at least 24 hours.
Place the frozen pint in the Ninja Creami machine and select the “Ice Cream” setting. Check the texture and repeat if needed for extra creaminess.
If desired, create a small hole in the ice cream and add 3/4 cup Chocolate Chips or chunks. Run the “Mix-In” setting to combine evenly.
Scoop into bowls or cones and enjoy immediately. Optionally, top with chocolate drizzle, sprinkles, or whipped cream for extra indulgence.
