Ninja Creami Almond Gelato – creamy, nutty gelato made easily at home with almond milk and heavy cream. Smooth, refreshing dessert perfect for a sweet treat anytime.
Ingredients
2cupsalmond milk, unsweetened
1cupheavy cream
3/4cupgranulated sugar
1teaspoonalmond extract
1teaspoonvanilla extract
1/2cupsliced or chopped almonds, optional, for mix-ins
Instructions
In a medium bowl, whisk together 2 cups almond milk, h1 cup heavy cream3/4 cup granulated sugar, 1 teaspoon almond extract, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract until smooth and sugar is dissolved.
Pour the mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container. Seal with the lid and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until fully chilled.
Place the chilled pint in the Ninja Creami and select the “Gelato” function. Process until creamy and smooth.
If desired, add 1/2 cup sliced or chopped almonds using the mix-in function.
Scoop the almond gelato into bowls or cones and enjoy immediately. Store leftovers in the freezer with the lid tightly sealed.
