Description

Creamy, tangy ranch with a sweet-then-spicy habanero kick — ready in 5 minutes, no cooking required.

Ingredients 

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons buttermilk
  • 1 fresh habanero, seeded and finely minced (start with half for milder heat)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Finely mince the habanero (wear gloves).
  • Whisk mayonnaise, sour cream, and buttermilk until smooth.
  • Stir in habanero, lime juice, honey, and all seasonings.
  • Season with salt and pepper; taste and adjust.
  • Chill at least 30 minutes before serving.
