Description
A 5-minute homemade copycat of McCormick Original Taco Seasoning Mix. Matches the packet flavor using pantry spices and skips the dairy.
Ingredients

Instructions
Add all ingredients to a small bowl.
Whisk for 30 seconds until the color is uniform.
Use immediately, or store in an airtight jar in a cool, dark cabinet for up to 6 months.

How to Use on 1 lb of Meat
Brown 1 lb of ground beef, turkey, or chicken in a skillet.
Drain the fat if needed.
Stir in all 3½ tablespoons of seasoning.
Add ¾ cup water and simmer 4–5 minutes until thickened.
Notes
For a bigger batch:
multiply every ingredient by 6 to make 6 packets' worth.
