Description

Juicy, flavor-packed pork tenderloin marinated in an easy soy-honey-garlic marinade and air fried to a caramelized finish. Quick enough for a weeknight, good enough for company.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb pork tenderloin
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce, or tamari for gluten-free
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Trim excess fat and silver skin from the pork tenderloin and pat it dry with paper towels.
  • In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  • Place the tenderloin in a resealable bag or shallow dish, pour the marinade over it, and refrigerate at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.
  • Remove the pork from the marinade, letting excess drip off. Air fry at 400°F for 18–25 minutes depending on weight, flipping halfway, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  • Rest 5–10 minutes before slicing. Serve as medallions.

Equipment

  • Air Fryer, or Air Fryer Oven
  • Cooking Spray
  • Parchment Paper

Notes

Use an instant-read thermometer and pull the pork at 145°F (63°C) — timing varies by tenderloin size and air fryer model. Pork fillet is the same cut as tenderloin; pork loin is not, and will not cook correctly at these times.
