Description

Make crispy, low carb ravioli in the air fryer without breading. Quick, easy, and perfect for keto-friendly snacks, appetizers, or light dinners.

Ingredients 

  • 9 ounces ravioli, fresh or thawed
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 3 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer temperature of 375 degrees F (190°C), for 3-5 minutes.
  • In a large mixing bowl, add the 9 ounces ravioli, 3 tablespoons olive oil, 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning, 3 tablespoon Parmesan cheese, 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, toss well to coat.
  • Place the ravioli in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Set cook time for 8-10 minutes, flipping them halfway through the cooking time.
  • Once the ravioli are crispy and golden, carefully remove them from the air fryer and transfer them to a serving plate. Serve them hot as an appetizer or snack.
