Peel and devein the 1 pound jumbo shrimp, if not already done, and set aside.
In a bowl, combine the 5 tablespoons butter, 1 tablespoon honey, 1 teaspoon smoked paprika, ½ teaspoon chili powder, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon tomato paste, 1 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper Stir until fully combined.
Add the shrimp to the bowl with the sauce and toss until each shrimp is evenly coated.
Air Fryer Method: Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Arrange the shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry for 5-7 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
Grill Method (optional): Preheat your grill. Skewer the shrimp and grill for 2-3 minutes per side until cooked through.
