  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon honey

Instructions

Air Fryer Instructions:

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil and sea salt.
  • Arrange in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Air fry for 15-18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
