Instructions
Air Fryer Instructions:
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil and sea salt.
Arrange in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Air fry for 15-18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
In a bowl, whisk together melted butter, chili powder, smoked paprika, sea salt, red pepper flakes, maple syrup, and honey.
Toss the crispy Brussels sprouts in the sauce and serve immediately.
Oven Instructions:
Preheat oven to 425°F (218°C).
Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil and sea salt, then spread evenly on a baking sheet.
Roast for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
Prepare the sauce as directed above and toss Brussels sprouts in the mixture before serving.
