Description

Keto Shake and Bake Recipe – Make crispy, low-carb chicken with this easy homemade shake-and-bake mix using almond flour and pork rind panko.

Ingredients 

  • 2 1/2 cups pork rind panko
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 tablespoon celery salt
  • 1/2 tablespoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon minced dried onions, or onion powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon parsley, dried
  • 1/8 teaspoon oregano, dried
  • 1/8 teaspoon basil, dried

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, mix all of the dry ingredients together, making sure they are well combined.
  • Transfer the mix into an airtight container or jar and store in a cool, dry place. It should last for several weeks.
  • When ready to use, coat your chicken (or other protein) in this homemade mix and bake in the oven at 400°F until crispy and cooked through.
