Description

Copycat Jason’s Deli Chicken Salad Recipe – creamy, flavorful, and easy to make at home. Perfect for sandwiches, wraps, or a fresh salad, this chicken salad is quick, delicious, and crowd-pleasing.

Ingredients 

  • 4 cups chicken, cooked , and shredded or diced
  • 1 cup mayonnaise,
  • 1 cup seedless grapes, halved, optional
  • 2 stalks celery, finely diced
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • ½ teaspoon salt, adjust to taste
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper, adjust to taste
  • Optional: ½ cup chopped pecans or almonds

Instructions

  • Shred or dice cooked 4 cups chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  • In a large bowl, combine 1 cup mayonnaise, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, ½ teaspoon salt, and ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Stir in 1 cup seedless grapes and 2 stalks celery for crunch and sweetness.
  • Add chicken and Optional: ½ cup chopped pecans or almonds Mix gently until evenly coated.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving for best flavor.
