Ingredients 

  • 2 lbs chicken wings, drumettes and flats
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper, adjust for heat preference

Instructions

  • Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels to remove moisture.
  • In a large bowl, toss wings with olive oil. In a small bowl, combine salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper. Sprinkle the seasoning over the wings and toss until evenly coated.
  • Preheat to 380°F (193°C) for 3–5 minutes.
  • Arrange wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook at 380°F for 25–28 minutes, flipping halfway through until wings are crispy and golden brown.
  • Remove wings from air fryer and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
