Description
Instant Pot Stuffing
— This recipe will blow your mind. It’s the best stuffing ever, and it takes less than 10 minutes to make in an Instant Pot!
Ingredients
10
cups
bread
,
cut into 1/2 inch cubes
1
stick
butter
,
room temperature
1
whole
onion
,
peeled and diced
4
stalks
celery
,
peeled and diced
2
teaspoons
parsley
1
teaspoon
sage
1
teaspoon
thyme
1
teaspoon
salt
1
teaspoon
black pepper
1
cup
chicken broth
,
or chicken stock
Instructions
Place the bread on a large baking sheet, then toast the bread for about 5 minutes until it's golden brown.
Meanwhile, in your Instant Pot, add the butter, onions, celery, and press saute and cook until tender, for about 5 more minutes.
Then add the toasted bread directly into the Instant Pot, mix well.
Then mix in the broth.
If you stuff it into the bird, cook it per the instructions based on the turkey weight.
If you are going to cook it separately, cook for 30 minutes in a preheated 350 degrees F oven.
Plate, serve, and enjoy!
