Description

Copycat Starbucks Oatmeal made in the Instant Pot — creamy, hearty steel-cut oats with dried fruit, nuts, and cozy flavors. Easy, quick, and perfect for a healthy breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup steel-cut oats
  • 3 cups water
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup dried fruit, raisins or cranberries
  • ¼ cup chopped nuts, walnuts or almonds
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar, or maple syrup
  • Fresh fruit, optional, for topping

Instructions

  • Pour steel-cut oats, water, salt, dried fruit, and chopped nuts into the Instant Pot. Stir gently to combine.
  • Secure the lid and set the valve to sealing. Cook on High Pressure for 4 minutes.
  • Allow the pressure to release naturally for 15 minutes, then carefully turn the valve to venting to release any remaining pressure.
  • Open the lid and stir the oatmeal. Add brown sugar or maple syrup to taste and mix well.
  • Spoon oatmeal into bowls. Top with fresh fruit if desired, and serve warm.

Equipment

  • Pressure Cooker, or Ninja Foodi, Instant Pot
