Ingredients 

  • 1 pound frozen blueberries, thawed
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  • Thaw the blueberries by leaving them in the sink for about an hour until they reach room temperature.
  • Once thawed, place the blueberries in a strainer, rinse thoroughly, and remove any stems or unwanted debris.
  • Transfer the cleaned blueberries, sugar, and lemon juice into the Instant Pot.
  • Secure the lid, ensure the valve is set to the sealed position, and cook on manual high pressure for 8 minutes.
  • When the timer goes off, allow the pressure to release naturally.
  • Let the jam cool before serving.
  • Serve warm over pancakes or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
