Ingredients
1
pound
frozen blueberries
,
thawed
1
cup
granulated sugar

Instructions
Thaw the blueberries by leaving them in the sink for about an hour until they reach room temperature.
Once thawed, place the blueberries in a strainer, rinse thoroughly, and remove any stems or unwanted debris.
Transfer the cleaned blueberries, sugar, and lemon juice into the Instant Pot.
Secure the lid, ensure the valve is set to the sealed position, and cook on manual high pressure for 8 minutes.
When the timer goes off, allow the pressure to release naturally.
