1 ½cupssour cream
¾cupmayonnaise
2tablespoonsfresh dill, finely chopped
2tablespoonsfresh parsley, finely chopped
1tablespoonfresh chives, finely chopped
1teaspoongarlic powder

¾teaspoonsalt
½teaspoonblack pepper
1tablespoonfresh lemon juice
Instructions
