Description

This Ina Garten veggie dip is creamy, herby, and packed with fresh flavor. It’s quick to make, perfect for parties, and pairs with just about any fresh vegetable for an easy, crowd-pleasing appetizer.

Ingredients 

  • 1 ½ cups sour cream
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, combine sour cream and mayonnaise until smooth.
  • Add dill, parsley, and chives, mixing well to distribute evenly.
  • Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • Add lemon juice and mix until creamy and fully combined.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  • Stir before serving and enjoy chilled with fresh vegetables.
