The quickest, easiest way to reheat cooked lobster — whole, tails, or claws — in the air fryer. Reheated low and gentle with a brush of butter so it comes out warm, tender, and never rubbery. Ready in 5 minutes with almost no cleanup.
Ingredients
1cooked lobster, or 1–2 lobster tails, cold
1tablespoonbutter, melted (or olive oil)
1pinchsea salt
1lemon wedge, for serving (optional)
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
Brush the lobster all over with melted butter or olive oil and season lightly with sea salt.
Place the lobster in the air fryer basket in a single layer (tails shell-side down, meat-side up).
Air fry for 3 minutes, then flip the lobster and air fry for another 1–2 minutes.
Check that it's heated through — about 130–140°F (54–60°C) internally. Add 30–60 seconds if needed.
Plate, add a squeeze of lemon, and serve immediately.
