Ingredients
3largeapples, any type
1/2teaspoonground cinnamon, optional
1teaspoongranulated sugar, optional, or coconut sugar
Instructions
Wash, core, and thinly slice the 3 large apples (about 1/8-inch thick). The thinner the slices, the crispier the chips.
Lightly sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon and 1 teaspoon granulated sugar over the apple slices, if desired.
Set your air fryer to 300°F (150°C).
Lay apple slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overlapping to ensure even crisping.
Cook for 15–20 minutes, flipping halfway through. Keep an eye on them—thinner slices may cook faster.
Let the chips cool completely on a wire rack for maximum crispness. Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
